All Grain Kit
From Warhol and Basquiat to Queen and David Bowie, nothing gets the creative juices flowing like an amazing collaboration. That’s why we teamed up with LTD Brewing Co in Hopkins, MN, to dream up this juice bomb of a New England Style IIPA.
How’d we decide on a recipe? Well, lets just say things got a little hazy. This beer is intensely juicy. Seriously, bring a towel. Bursting with tropical fruit, passion fruit, citrus, and melon thanks to ridiculous amounts of Citra® and Galaxy hops, this beer will delight the senses. Did we mention big? Lots of malt to back up the tremendous hopping schedule. This baby weighs in at 8.5% abv and drinks like it's 5%! So smooth, so juicy, so freaking hoppy, but without all the bitterness.
We were so lucky to team up with a great brewery like LTD. These guys make fantastic beer and it really comes through in this kit. Be sure to get down to LTD Brewing Co and tell them you appreciate their support of the Homebrewing community! LTD's slogan is Limited Batches & Unlimited Possibilities. Cheers to LTD!

Brewers Note: It is highly recommended to use Reverse Osmosis water and add the water minerals as directed in the Instructions under Total Water Solution. This style of beer must have chloride rich water in order to achieve that juicy quality. Our Total Water Solution will ensure that your water will be right!
It is also highly recommended to bag your hops. If you don't bag your hops you will be putting a ton of hop material into your fermenter.
