Powerful fruit and spice flavor, with mellow tannins for a supple finish. Deserves ageing, but will develop quicker than Cabernet Sauvignon and will stand up to the same food pairings.
Contains 16 liters of concentrated varietal juice, yeast and all necessary additives; Yields about 6 gallons (or 30 750 ml bottles), and ready to bottle in 6 weeks.
Best served with red meats and pasta.
