Use as base malt or high percentage specialty malt. Superb example of this classic malt. Less sweet than Pale Ale Malt. Offers complexity and depth with a toasted note at the finish. Typically used in Vienna, Oktoberfest and Marzen beers. Use in any beer for rich malty flavor.
