Brew and Grow Minnesota is excited to be carrying the Ss brewtech Stainless Steel Brew Bucket Conical Fermenter. This is a high quality piece of bad ass brewing equipment! A high quality Stainless Steel Fermenter under $200! Throw the glass and plastic away. This is the last fermenter you will ever need.
The Brew Bucket was the very first product Ss brewtech ever invented. Essentially Ss brewtech were home brewers sick of the fact that there were no affordable quality 304 stainless steel fermenters on the market. It’s no secret that stainless steel is the superior material for sanitary fermentation. You don’t see your local craft brewery fermenting in plastic for a reason. Stainless is more sanitary than plastic and safer than glass.
The signature conical base of the Brew Bucket minimizes potential off flavor yeast contact during fermentation, and allows the yeast to concentrate for a clean transfer. All sizes of brew buckets fit nicely into standard chest freezers for convenient temp controlled fermentation.

Disclaimer. I am a Brew & Grow employee. I purchased this fermenter for my personal use in my homebrewery. I don't usually leave reviews but I am stoked about this product. I wanted the most sanitary fermenter I could find and that meant a stainless steel fermenter. I also needed one that would fit in my chest freezer fermentation chamber and that ruled out all of the conicals with
dump valves. Then I came across the brew bucket. Compact size, easily fits in my chest freezer, 7 gallon capacity, and the conical bottom is the perfect size to catch all the yeast and trub making it simple to use the ball valve to drain the fermenter yeast and sediment free. The rotating racking arm makes it super simple to make sure you don't suck up trub or yeast and transfer it to your bottles or kegs. Throw away your siphon, you will not need it with this fermenter. The silicone seal on the lid along with the latching mechanisms provide a solid tight seal. It also has graduated etching for wort volume on the inside of the fermenter. Easy to carry with the built in handles and super easy to clean. This fermenter is quality inside and out. Probably the last fermenter you will ever buy unless you're getting another Brew Bucket.
